Managing Change

Management has been described as being primarily about managing change - and the pace of change these days is undoubtedly greater than at any point it time. In this module we study the process of change and introduce theoretical but very practical methods which enable us to look at change in a considered and informed way. We are then able to describe what will change, why, what it means for us, and how we best position ourselves to take advantage of, influence and shape new situations. We specifically look at how we as team leaders can effectively contribute to and control change, and the best ways of approaching what we need to do. An extremely practical module which most attendees find very interesting and enjoyable.
